Type holders in connection with embossing types are mainly used to
emboss unvarying texts, letter or number combinations in type plates.
Their application pays off as of quantities of 40, but is not
recommended for smaller quantities, as the exchange of the embossing
types takes more time than the embossing of the texts.
All untempered materials like steels, light metal, plastic, leather
and cardboard can be embossed. All type holders are also available with a
heater.Type holders are delivered in standard designs, upon request
also according to your drawings and in any size.
They are applied in any normal embossing press, in roller embossing
presses, packaging presses, lable embossing presses and numbering
embossing presses with prefixed type holder.

Heavy design for embossing work pieces and pipes with a high degree of
strength. The powerful drive enables a maximum embossing depth at a font
height of 8 mm. The drum-shaped roller embossing units, incl. tooth
segment and toothed rack, can be quickly installed for embossing flat
parts.
Embossing units with concave engraving and segment type
holders enable stamping pipes lengthwise to their axis. The engraving is
adapted to the pipe. There is special equipment available for large
series with automatic work processing, depending on the size of the work
pieces.The stamp hub is triggered by foot or hand controls or the
two-hand safety control.

The
embossing wheel is available with number heights from 1-5.5 mm with the
number 0-9, the letters A-Z and four icons. The space between the
numbers is adjustable by pressing the left lever. The line spacing is
set on the left button. Embossing is done with a slight hit of the
hand.This impact is so light due to the weight of the embossing slider
that any employee can operate this device without additional impact

alloy tool steel. They are 10-digit with an indexing mechanism, which enables embossing without prefixed
zeros. The set number can be read off in the see-through window. These units are divided into font heights

The standard designs are available in three sizes with or
without color foil transport. Exact stamping depends on the embossing
temperatures, the pressure and the stamping time.
The embossing
temperature is adjusted continuously via a control device up to 250 °C,
measured and kept constant by temperature sensors.
The color foil
feed is coupled with the press lift. The pressure and embossing time can
be adjusted. Heating takes place via heater cartridges, which are
attached in the wheel axis with the adjustable embossing tools and in
the holder casing with type holders.
The temperature sensors are
directly attached to the heater cartridges. All stamping/embossing
tools, type holders and embossing stamps can be heated.
Due to the
low force requirement of the hot-stamping technique, even difficult and
delicate parts can be easily stamped. Hot-stamping presses are suited
for the individual labeling of industrial products. Also available in
special designs according to customer specifications.
