As the relative air humidity is very dependent on the temperature we offer you reliable measurement systems, which combine a wide range of humidity – and temperature sensors, for the control of the air humidity. These measurement instruments are especially suitable for the cooling – and airconditioning technology as well as for the building automation.
The mode of operation of the SSZ-safety system is based on the principle of transmission and receiving in the form of a 4-wire system in accordance with the closed-circuit principle, whereby two different voltages are generated by the controler which have have opposing polarity.
Both signals are transmitted via the two highly resistive conductors of the SSZ-sensor element, received at the end again and processed.
If the SSZ-sensor element is actueted or a signal is missing, e.g. owing to a wire break, this is Recognized by the controler, which then immediately switches off the output relays and interrupts a dangerous movement. The response time of the controler is less than 20 ms.
The SSZ-Sensor is used for all our transducers which are SSZ-Safety-Mats, Safety-rails and Safety bumpers.
This is a co-extruded elastomer rubber profile whose opposing and isolated surfaces are electrically conductive.
These surfaces are held apart by the special profile shape.
A contact between the conductive surfaces triggers the signal.
